We are now in the rapid expansion phase and is looking for a suitable candidate to fill this new position among others.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (Selangor - Taman Perindustrian Puchong)

Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Finance Manager in all finance matters.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum LCCI or any other equivalent qualification;
  • Minimum 1 years relevant working experience;
  • Fresh Graduates with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply;
  • Can communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Proactive, disciplined, hardworking, meticulous and posess an eye for details;
  • Willing to work as part of a small but dynamic and progressive workforce.
INDOOR  SALES EXECUTIVE (for Retail Chainstores)
(Selangor  - Hartamas, Bangsar, Klang, Putrajaya, Melaka)

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with walk-in customers;
  • Providing consultations to assist customers in identifying their needs and matching those with the proper bike and accessories;
  • To provide feedback on customer service issues and to propose appropriate solutions;
  • Attend to retail outlet’s daily operations including product display, stock inventory and sales order processing;
  • Performing back-end office functions;
  • To assist at road shows, trade exhibitions and events.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum SPM or any other equivalent qualification;
  • No experience required. As extensive training programs will be provided, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Working experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) retail operations will be an added advantage;
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage;
  • MUST be customer & service orientated, energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people. Possess all the right attitudes such as proactive, self-disciplined, responsible, strong team spirit and an unquenchable desire to learn;
  • Preferably possess an avid interest in bikes and biking activities;
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

SALES ADMINISTRATOR (Selangor - Puchong)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and customer liaison to ensure our customer’s requirements are not only met but exceeded;
  • General support to sales team including issuance of sales documents and payment;
  • Taking customer calls and enquiries;
  • Order processing;
  • Coordination with Warehouse for daily delivery schedules and in logistical arrangements;
  • Assist in Marketing activities such as exhibitions, events and promotions;
  • Administrative work such as assisting in taking phone calls and other general functions.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma in sales, marketing or business administration is preferred. Those without the necessary qualifications but with extensive relevant working experiences are encouraged to apply;
  • Fresh graduates with the right attitude and serious about developing their career are also encouraged to apply;
  • Able to converse well in Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills with the ability to support and deliver on customer's enquiries and needs;
  • Well versed in MS.Office – eg.MS.Word, MS.Excel and MS.Powerpoint.  Experience in SAP would be an advantage;
  • MUST possess a pleasant personality and positive working attitude such as proactive, self-disciplined, independent, responsible and possess a strong team spirit;
  • Good sense of humour and willing to work as part of a small but fun and progressive workforce;
  • This position is based indoors.

SALES EXECUTIVE (Selangor)

Responsibilities:

  • To service our network of dealers throughout Malaysia;
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Diploma in marketing, business or equivalent qualifications.  Those without the necessary qualifications but with extensive relevant working experience are also encouraged to apply;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity; 
  • Good knowledge of MS.Office applications;
  • Strong interpersonal, selling and negotiation skills;
  • Good communication skills and able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia; 
  • Proactive, self-disciplined, independent, responsible and possess a strong team spirit;
  • Male preferred due to the nature of the job. Possess own transport and MUST be willing to travel outstation extensively for up to 2 weeks every month.

LOGISTICS & WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE (Selangor)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the overall warehouse management for both incoming and outgoing - eg. warehouse layout, inventory control, logistic arrangements, manpower and documentations.
  • Implementation of procedures and control systems to ensure the smooth flow of inventory.
  • Ensure integrity of stock inventory.  Analysis and problem solving with regards to inventory discrepancies.
REQUIREMENTS 
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management or equivalent qualifications.  Those without the necessary qualifications but with extensive relevant working experiences are also encouraged to apply;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity;
  • Possess strong leadership abilities;
  • Good knowledge of MS.Office applications;
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Male preferred.  Require physical ability to move stock when necessary;
